It was a glamorous Ladies Day at the Dodson and Horrell Bolesworth International Show as guests arrived dressed to the nines, not only bringing glamour but hoping to win the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet’s best-dressed prize.

Those who attended the Dodson and Horrell Bolesworth International Show got to wear their most colourful clothing and fanciest gowns as they have not been able to dress up for some time due to the pandemic.

Ladies Day was held in the VIP hospitality lounge of the Dodson & Horrell Bolesworth International Show, where guests were seen wearing stunning flowery dresses and colourful flare dresses.

Many entered the best-dressed competition by visiting the VIP hospitality lounge and indicating their interest. Others were spotted by ‘spotters’ from sponsors Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet around the showground and encouraged to enter.

In an interview with The Guide Cheshire, Bolesworth’s Head Of Sponsorship Melanie Simm said:

Ladies Day is one of the most exciting events at the Bolesworth International Horse Show, combining fashion with equestrian riding. In the wake of the success of our previous events, it made sense to bring back our most stylish competition for all ladies. The team at Bolesworth have once again managed to put on a great event, within an event which is well organised, working with fashion ideal shopping destination McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks who are sponsoring the highly-anticipated best-dressed competition and are the judges.

Those who participated in the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet’s prize giveaway for the best dressed at Bolesworth International Horse Show received high-end prizes from their newly opened brands including Lululemon and Longchamp.

The 3rd place winner received a Hotel Chocolat luxury box worth £100 as well as a £50 gift voucher from Susan Kitchen Aesthetics. With the second most stylish prize, the winner received a gorgeous Osprey purse, a £100 shopping gift voucher, and a £100 SK Aesthetics gift voucher. In the best dresses category, the grand prize winner won a gorgeous handbag from Lonchomp worth £159 and a gift certificate from SK Aesthetics worth £200.

The gifts were presented by Joanne Forshaw, marketing manager of McArthur Glen Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. In an interview with TGC, Joanne Forshaw Marketing Manager at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks said:

We had a fantastic day out at Bolesworth International Horse Show – meeting many of our customers from McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks.  We had the opportunity to showcase our new brands including Lululemon and Longchamp and not forgetting the fantastic showjumping.

It was a really difficult decision shortlisting our final five contestants as the guests at Bolesworth had really dressed to impress. Sarah (3rd) had a modern twist on a classic outfit and we loved the blue colour against her hair. Bella (2nd) embraced her youthful style with a playful summer look pairing high top trainers with a stunning white dress. First place went to Beverly who was wearing this season’s hottest summer trend – bright and vibrant floral prints. We hope she enjoys her prize – a gorgeous handbag from Longchamp.

The finalists’ looks are available now at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, where you can also browse 140 designer brands. Open Monday through Friday from 10am – 8pm, Saturday from 9am – 8pm, and Sunday from 10am – 6pm (larger stores 11am – 5pm). Visit their website to plan your visit.
