Tim’s Talk-In was launched by Congleton Radio on the 20th, of January 2023, bringing together local connections from the day with East Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise, Marc O’Hagan and Pamela Moffat from the town’s high school presenting as part of the major business community initiatives.

Marc and Pamela run an award-winning national company from Congleton’s Riverside office complex specialising in organisational development, human resources, and learning and development. Their consultancy is called p3od. Clients range from sole traders to councils, universities, health trusts, and the private sector, all seeking to accelerate their business performance.

The expertise of p3od combined with the excellent reputation of the school’s teachers means the more diligent sixth formers at Congleton High will have a better chance of progress than most this summer, whether they are heading for the workplace or to university.

In addition to offering advice about CVs and interview preparation to pupils, Marc and Pamela will return on Wednesday, 1st February 2023 to discuss career prospects with 17 and 18-year-olds. They discuss a variety of topics, including leadership and digital skills, and why Marc’s daughter had to wait until she was 11 to own a mobile phone.

P3oD stands for people, performance, and potential, the three p’s of organisational development. A  three-time ‘Tim’s Talk-In’ went live on Friday, 20th January 2023, at 12.00 noon, 6 pm, and 10 pm. Listeners can listen at congletonradio.net or by enabling Congleton Radio’s Alexa skill or by downloading any of the Congleton Radio Apps from their home page or Google Play.
