    Recently, Carden Park Estate opened a fine dining restaurant on its grounds called The Vines, for which we were invited to review and sample its food.

    In light of our visit to the restaurant, we deemed it one of Cheshire’s best gourmet restaurants and rank it among Britain’s most luxury hotels, for the following reasons.

    In a region filled with passionate food-lovers, it is only fitting that one of the county’s most celebrated gourmet restaurants is now opened at The Vines at Carden Park hotel.

    A beautiful fine dining restaurant and luxurious hotel in the Cheshire countryside, the decor here combines global elegance with the humbleness of the Cheshire countryside.

    The restaurant offers exquisitely designed menus that will ensure you have an unforgettable dining experience. If you’re planning a romantic getaway, celebrating a special occasion, or just want to sample the best gourmet food, you can enjoy a lavish three-course meal for less than £100 per person at the Cheshire countryside resort.

    The Vines restaurant offers a wide selection of gourmet dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and there are tasty dishes with a prominent vegetable focus on the menu, such as scallops seared with pea purée for an excellent starter.

    Director & General Manager, Hamish Ferguson  says;

    “We are incredibly privileged to be in a position to provide world-class new facilities at the time we reopen in May. With a luxurious space and elegant menu sourced through local suppliers, The Vines will showcase the best aspects of our Cheshire estate and will be a must for all lovers of fine dining in the region.”

    Also available are the restaurant’s own crafted wines, which are crafted so that no flavour overshadows another, simple yet enjoyable. Their estate team harvests grapes every year in October or early November. A South Staffordshire winemaker, Halfpenny Green, ferments the grapes to create the fine wines of Carden Park Estate Reserve. Bottles can be purchased and taken home as souvenirs.

    According to Dan Rennie, marketing manager at Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort and Spa;

    Dining at the Carden Park Hotel offers excellent service, fine wine and fantastic cuisine. We are proud to be a luxury hotel in Cheshire that continues to invest in cutting-edge facilities that ensure a positive guest experience despite a tough year for the hospitality industry. Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort and Spa is a full-packaged luxury resort destination with elegant spaces that provide world-class amenities including fine dining, Wine tours & tastings experiences, spa experiences, and a newly opened outdoor sculpture garden, which will feature exhibits from the UK’s prime artists, which guests will be able to purchase.

    Located in the picturesque Cheshire countryside, Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort and Spa has more than 3,410 glowing reviews on TripAdvisor. Guests describe the resort as ‘Stunning’, a ‘hidden gem’, and a ‘fantastic experience’.

    A Tripadvisor review praised the ‘brilliant food’ at the hotel, one reviewer wrote;

    ‘Great hotel with brilliant food, and friendly and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. The spa is amazing, so tranquil and even the music selection was great. Overall we had an amazing stay and would 100% stay again.’
