Last week, several celebrities were present to celebrate the opening of Knutsford’s new Japanese restaurant.

Kampai sushi bar & grill is located at 48 King Street, Knutsford, WA16 6DT, and offers a range of Japanese offerings, including sake tastings and sushi.

The Japanese fusion restaurant offers guests a unique, delicious, and unforgettable dining experience in the blossom flower and botanical decorated venue.

The grand opening featured celebrity guests Kerry Katona, Apollonia Lewellyn, and Millie Thompson, and the menu featured a wide selection of traditional and innovative dishes prepared with care.

As part of the grand opening night menu, guests were offered ramen, curries, sushi among other items that reflect generations of family cooking and Japanese cuisine.

According to owner Luca Iannattonne, the newly opened Kampai Japanese fusion restaurant in Knutsford is similar to the Kampai restaurant in Hale, designed to be a relaxed yet elegant dining destination featuring the traditional style of Japanese cuisine.

As a result of the overwhelming support it has received since opening its first location in Hale, the restaurant has now opened a second branch in Knutsford to promote the taste and quality of Japanese food.

In a statement on social media, following the successful opening of the Knutsford branch, a restaurant representative said:

Thank you Kampai family As we take today off we just want to say from all of us at Kampai for this last week. From opening Kampai Knutsford to the support at Kampai Hale, thank you to all the people we’ve had in our branches and those who have ordered and shared such support. We’re so excited for you to be on this journey with us. Love Kampai
