An entrepreneur based in Frodsham has created gorgeous smelling candles with their own sacred scent that promotes healing of the mind, body and soul, these candles are making waves and selling like hotcakes.
Nadine Tan, owner of Candle Vibes UK in Frodsham, Cheshire, makes crystal-enhanced candles that are fast becoming bestsellers, scented with sacred oils and designed to nourish the body and mind.
An entrepreneur at heart, Nadine also runs a beauty studio on Church Street in Frodsham, called Nadine Tan Beauty, a small boutique salon, which is by appointment only and specialises in dermaplaning facials, chemical peels, micro-blading and brows, lashes and makeup – particularly Bridal.
She launched her luxury candle line, Candle Vibes UK, after being forced to take a break from running her beauty salon because of government restrictions during the pandemic.
Nadine explained to The Guide Cheshire how turning a hobby into a profitable business turned adversity into opportunity. Through the use of crystals, natural ingredients, 100% vegan and cruelty-free options, and many trials, she gradually converted a hobby into a luxury candles business by perfecting her candle-making skills.

Nadine began her luxury candles business after she went through what she believes was a personnel awakening. During this time, she noted a gap in the market and thought of creating wellness candles that would help with self-affirmation, centredness, healing, and enhances inner wellbeing and balance.
Nadine is not your average luxury candle seller; instead, she offers her customers a person-centred approach, which her clients love and keeps them coming back for more; when she sells candles, she speaks directly to the buyer and helps them choose the candles that suit their mood, to ensure they get the most out of the product.
My clients are very loyal fans of Candle Vibes as they always comment on the smell of the salon when they arrive, they always feel really relaxed and never want to leave once the treatment has finished! The best compliment I receive about my candles is how personal they are and how the scent stays all the way to the last burn. As I store all my stock in the front of the salon my clients get the opportunity to see and smell the candles whilst they are there. Very soon I will be opening as more of a shop so everyone can come and visit 🙂

You can’t imagine how I’m in love with candles. I try to buy various candles and use it as much as possible because its aroma is like a relief and a balm for my soul. To tell the truth, i’m so glad that such incredible candles with crystals and natural ingredients have appeared. I have no doubts that they are becoming popular so fast because for me, it seems an absolutely unique product, which has its own originality and which I have already wanted to buy. I really admire people who can convert their hobby to enterprise. What can be more wonderful than earning money from the business that inspires and impresses you? What is even more amazing and what deserves respect, that Nadine Tan finds an individual special approach to each client, helping them to make the right choice and meeting their needs. Not every person will be able to find such an approach which makes the customers come back with excitement and desire to purchase a new one.
