Join The Christie NHS Charitable Fund this spring as they head to the stunning Woodlands of Arley Hall and Gardens to host a series of iconic family drive-in movies.
Arley Hall, the Gardens, and the Estate have been used as a location for a wide variety of filming these include news stories on BBC Breakfast News to Disney productions. If you want an insight into some of the history and design of the gardens at Arley from the owner’s Lord & Lady Ashbrook, you need to watch this short video.
With state-of-the-art sound, the iCONIC 100 screens and a fantastic selection of movies, food, and drinks, the Drive-in for The Christie is the perfect answer to a socially distanced, socially bubbled event in support of the staff and patients of The Christie. The Drive-in for The Christie is sponsored by Thorneycroft Solicitors Limited.

- Sunday May 2nd 7pm: Alice in Wonderland (PG), (2010)
A small selection of hot and cold drinks, food and snacks, and popcorn will be available to purchase from food vendors on-site before and during your screening. Social distancing rules will be in place throughout The Drive-in for The Christie event to ensure everyone’s safety. Visitors are advised to follow all one-way systems, queuing guidance and advice as you make your way around the venue, and to wear a mask at all times when you are not inside your car.
Visitors are also welcome to bring their own food and have a picnic in their cars and to keep all rubbish inside the car to dispose of at home. Each screening has its own age classification. Tickets for The Drive-in for The Christie cost £30 per vehicle. Tickets admit up to 5 people in 1 car. Please contact The Christie Charity on 0161 918 7403 if you would like additional people in your vehicle.
