At the time when the hospitality business has been compelled to stay shut, the award-winning and exclusive Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire keeps on pushing ahead with its driven growth procedure.

Following a £250,000 refurbishment, the hotel has uncovered its new gourmet dining restaurant, ‘The Vines’ where visitors can enjoy the very best gourmet dining experience in a stylish, relaxed atmosphere. The Vines will bring elegant, contemporary dining to Cheshire’s 1000-acre luxury resort and presents a new addition to further position Carden Park Hotel as the leading resort destination in the North of  England.

Designed specifically to provide the very best gourmet dining experience, and an extensive list of fine wines. The fully refurbished restaurant space will combine impeccable service with an elegant ambience that expertly complements the natural character of the cuisine.

Executive Chef, Grahan Tinsley MBE said: “We’re proud to be announcing the opening of The Vines. Although it has been a difficult year for our industry, we have listened to what our guests would like when it comes to their dining experience and have created a new elegant space to elevate our offering. The menu has been designed based on our experience and working with local suppliers. We hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it”.

Director & General Manager, Hemish Ferguson adds; “We are incredibly privileged to be in a position to provide world-class new facilities at the time we reopen in May. With a luxurious space and elegant menu sourced through local suppliers, The Vines will showcase the best aspects of our Cheshire estate and will be a must for all lovers of fine dining in the region.”

The new restaurant will welcome diners in May 2021 when the hotel reopens, for dinner service on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings and luncheon service on Sunday to both guests staying at the hotel and local residents.

Details on openings and bookings can be found on the hotel website here.
